If you've been to the Monday Dynamic Yoga class, you know how great Amanda is. Her classes are always popular and she is one of the best instructors we know.
Man or woman, doesn't matter what kind of training you do, you can benefit from yoga.
As the name suggests, this Yoga class has a hint of Pilates in it. You will stretch, use your core, along with the practice of traditional yoga poses.
