I’ve been in sport my whole life, but my endeavours in the gym began in 2014 and I can recall how daunting it was. Looking back, I wish I had a coach to guide and instruct me, which would have saved me much time in making mistakes and having to figure things out myself.
“Without a ruler, we can’t make the crooked straight”, in my practice, I aim to be the ruler which my clients can rely on to ensure they stay on track and in the right direction.
Whether it be getting super strong, learning the Cleaning and Jerk, or to lose 30kgs, my client’s goals are my goals.
