I worked as a mental health nurse for 3 years. Consequently, experienced first-hand the devastation a lack of physical activity can do to a person’s mental and physical health.


This experience led me to find my passion for coaching and empowering people to build a mental state, body and lifestyle they enjoy!


My goal is to impart my mental and physical health expertise onto you, and help you become great at problem solving through life’s unavoidable difficulties; whether it is building muscle, losing weight, learning a new skill, or supporting your mental wellbeing.

I'm Jai Lambrou, a Personal Trainer and Online Coach who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. I've been involved in the industry for almost 10 years as a former aspiring soccer player, which transitioned into becoming more fascinated by other aspects of physical and mental development. I firmly believe that physical health is a critical component of overall well-being, and I am committed to making practical, straightforward solutions accessible to everyone.

Although I have a background in S&C, my own skill set is rooted in advanced hypertrophy techniques, body-composition change, and powerlifting. Over the years I have designed a unique methodology that scientifically periodised training loads to maximize performance, and minimize downtime caused by fatigue or injury. Having moved to Australia to pursue opportunities, I understand the challenges foreigners face when balancing work or study with fitness goals. I used to tell myself, 'I'm just not made to look like them! I'm not a sporty person,' a narrative that I held from childhood to my early 20s. Whether I was overweight or too skinny, this was the excuse I clung to. I know the pain of being uncomfortable in your own body – it can be soul-crushing and defeating. I changed my narrative when I joined BSNS. Become Strong Not Skinny is a female based program I proudly run that focuses on changing unhealthy diet culture and encourages a culture of health and strength among all women.

As an experienced personal trainer, I’m all about creating long lasting lifestyle changes. My goal is to not only enhance your physical wellbeing but also help you become your most confident self. It's not just about hitting your goals; it's about learning to love and appreciate yourself as you build a stronger body and mind.

What drew me to working here, was the facilities, the culture and the people. Since I have begun my coaching journey, I have helped facilitate the growth of Powerlifting at Training Day; whilst also building my client base and helping others reach their peak performance in anything they do. I can assist you in all areas of fitness, especially muscle and strength gain.

Hugh - Scoresby

I love helping people become stronger, healthier, more athletic, and more confident than they thought they could be. Sharing my knowledge and helping people are some of my absolute favourite things.

My background started in Powerlifting back in 2013 which has taken me as an athlete to a medal at national level, and I've coached several people to state and national championships.

I've also had training in all kinds of strength sports including Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman.

Training people for performance is definitely one of my specialties, but helping beginners become comfortable in the gym and discovering their strength is another passion I have, and is one of the things that keeps me excited to be in this profession.

I love building strong relationships with the people I coach, and I take great pride in the trust that my clients have in me.

I’ve been in sport my whole life, but my endeavours in the gym began in 2014 and I can recall how daunting it was. Looking back, I wish I had a coach to guide and instruct me, which would have saved me much time in making mistakes and having to figure things out myself.

“Without a ruler, we can’t make the crooked straight”, in my practice, I aim to be the ruler which my clients can rely on to ensure they stay on track and in the right direction.

Whether it be getting super strong, learning the Cleaning and Jerk, or to lose 30kgs, my client’s goals are my goals.

Brittany - Clayton

My passion for working with women in the health & fitness industry stemmed from my own journey.


I struggled to find my way and tried various different training & eating methods for years. Once I found my way I wanted to be the guiding light for people. Trained hundreds of people both online and in person.

I cater towards women & educating them on proper exercise, nutrition & wellness techniques to care for their bodies to support them to get the most out of their lives. I love working with women through all phases of life whether its their first time in the gym, they are 5 years in, wanting to get strong or shed some kilos.


I also love supporting women through their pregnancy journey and educating on women’s health topics.
