Training Day Gym Reopening Email
Hey amazing TD Fam!
After 3 long weeks, we are super excited to announce that we will be re-opening our doors to you from midnight tonight.
Yep you heard right. Thursday the 17th of June 11:59pm!
What does this mean for us?
- 24/7 access is back from 11:59pm.
- Membership payments resume tomorrow the 18th of June (please see below for more details)
- Classes resume tomorrow with maximum 10 people for each class
- Normal staffed hours resume from tomorrow 7:30am Friday 18th
- Due to density limits please avoid peak times if possible
COVID Requirements:
- Access Tag scan in AND QR code check in upon each visit
- Please wear a mask indoors unless you are short of breath or medically exempt
- Please bring a towel and sanitize your equipment after use
- Please follow social distancing guidelines
- Please do not come to the gym if you are feeling unwell
What does this mean for your membership direct debit payments?
If you have paid in advance before the lockdown, a credit will be applied to your account and will be reflected on your next membership debit. So your next payment will likely be less than your usual amount.
After the initial adjustment, your regular debit amounts with resume.
Any upfront membership payments will have the membership expiry date extended by 3 weeks.
What if I’m not ready to come back?
That's a bummer because we miss you but no stress!
You have the option to suspend your membership for up to 3 months by completing a suspension form below. This means that no payments will come out until after your suspension ends.
Please note that unless a suspension form is completed prior to 18th June, your membership will automatically resume and your first payment will come out on the 18th June.
