Position opportunity: Community Manager
Position: Community Manager
Training Day Gyms is looking for a “Vibe Guardian”.
Established in 2012, Training Day started off small with very humble beginnings. Now with three facilities and growing, while being rated the best reviewed gyms in Melbourne since 2018, means our culture is like no other.
The unique vibe at Training Day is the key to our success, particularly our ability to promote strength through an approachable tone.
As we grow further, we want to extend this vibe beyond our walls. Your objective is to make our audiences feel like they’re in Training Day when they’re not physically here.
You’re responsible for curating and nurturing communities around the brand, like a party host there to make sure everyone is having a good time. In other words, you’re the guardian of our vibe; a “bridge” between our brand and our audiences.
The resources you’ll have access to, are our content creator(s), and an annual community budget. With the occasional assistance of our operations team, coaches, and even our members and customers themselves.
Along with a driven team of young, sentimental optimists, whose lives had all been changed by the gym. We’re on our journey to proof to the world that everyone can choose to be strong.
You’re here to help people feel, and adopt our moto “Strong by Choice”.
